When you order a private thing like a sex toy, the last you want is for your mailman or anyone else to know about it. It's why EvesXXGarden makes every effort possible to protect your privacy from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your doorstep. We pack your order in non descriptive envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail! The shipping labels and return address are for our warehouse addresses and do not indicate the contents or origin. Non of our packages have our name or logo anywhere on them. That's why every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It blends right in, it’s definitely discreet.

We did say we are 100% discreet right? Of course discreet billing is important too! With a well-known name like EvesXXGarden, we created a Billing statement name so only You can know where you shopped! Your charge on your billing statement will appear as 'EVESXX'
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process for shipment. As soon as your package is ready for shipment we will email you your shipping info and tracking number. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING RATES
Flat rate shipping on most regular sized orders in the USA 8.95 Shipping prices may vary on larger packages . We ship all orders via USPS Standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from EvesXXGarden, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
EvesXXGarden does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock or on back order, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, and the items not in stock will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive the item back in stock. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
